MOTIVATION  

What has motivated you to start today?

Everyone has a reason, whether it’s being embarrassed by your reflection in the mirror, wanting to be the best you can be in your chosen sport, or even to live long enough to see your children grow up.

Motivation is the first of our 5 Core Values and the spark that ignites your journey.
DESIRE

The fire that sets action aflame. Desire is the want, the need and it has to be strong enough to overcome all adversities.

Desire is the fuel that keeps the fire burning and just like the fuel that keeps your car going, the better the fuel, the better your car goes. The better (or pure) your desires are, the more likely you are to stay focused and keep on track.

Desire is the second of our 5 Core Values and is the fuel that keeps the flame alive.
COMMITTMENT

The promise you make with yourself based on how strong your Motivation and Desires are.

It is the glue that binds everything together and it has to have no cracks, leaks or loop holes. This is where we often come unstuck as most of the time our commitments are based on the “perfect world.” We know that there is no such thing as the “perfect world” so it makes more sense that our Commitment should be based on a “no matter what happens” world.

The third of our 5 Core Values, Commitment keeps our fire from burning out of control and makes sure that it does not burn itself out all together.
BELIEF

So many times you start, you do really well, you stay on track, you almost get there and then you find yourself right back to the beginning and what’s worse, often, you are in a worst shape than when you started.

This happens because you stop believing, you stop believing in the program, you stop believing in your goals and you stop believing in yourself.

The fourth and most powerful of our 5 Core Values because when you believe, doors open and when doors open, you realise that “you can” and no longer do you live in the shadow of your past attempts.
ATTITUDE

The fifth of our 5 Core Values, Attitude is not part of the journey, Attitude is the journey. It is the culmination of Motivation, Desire, Commitment and Belief and is the foundation from which anything is possible. It is connected to all of our Core Values in some way and as you progress from one Core Value to another, your Attitude changes accordingly.
